Kitchen/Bahtroom Area Mold Removal

Because kitchens have several areas that have water lines and discharge lines, they are a prime area fold mold growth.  The sinks, garbage disposal, dish washer, and refrigerater all have water sources.   At some point, one of those items is going to leak.  Kitchens can be one of the main source of “hidden mold” in your house.  Mold can grow under flooring or between cabinets and the dry wall.  (See picture above).  If water is allowed to leak from the kitchen sink for example, you will have water damage that more then likely will lead to mold growth in the cabinet, under the cabinet and between the cabinet and the wall.  You might notice the damaged cabinet shelf, but you more then likely wouldn’t see any of the other potential areas of mold growth! Mold in bathrooms is similar.  Water damage resulting from the bathroom sink could cause mold in the vanity, under the vanity, between the vanity and the dry wall.  Then there is the shower/bath tub itself.  Ceramic tile showers over time can leak water from cracks in the grout.  If the tiles were attached to dry wall, major mold problems could occur!
